For at tilføje en ny bruger skal du gøre følgende:

:2. Klik på knappen <span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Ny bruger</span>.
:3. Opret brugerprofil: Indtast login, navn, e-mailadresse, telefonnummer, og vælg brugerrolle.
:4. Når en profil er oprettet, modtager brugeren en invitations-e-mail og kan indstille sin første adgangskode samt 2-faktor-godkendelse.

<span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Systembruger:</span> Profilen for kontoens hovedadministrator. Har alle de adgangsniveauer, som administratoren har, og har desuden rettigheder til at administrere og blokere andre systembrugere med administratorrettigheder.

<span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Admin:</span> Administratorer har det højeste adgangsniveau, hvilket giver dem mulighed for at konfigurere indstillinger, administrere brugerroller, igangsætte transaktioner og overvåge hele det finansielle økosystem inden for SBPay. De har adgang til dashboardstatistikker, betalinger, fakturaer, tilbagevendende profiler, kundebetalingsmetoder og kan oprette betalingsanmodninger. Administratorer administrerer også virksomhedsprofiler, betalingsprocessorer, skatter, tilpassede funktioner og rapporter. De har mulighed for at oprette andre systembrugere og se handlingslogfiler for alle andre brugere. Derudover har administratorer adgang til API-nøgleautentificeringstoken og hemmelig nøgle.

De kan se deres egen brugerprofil, administrere skatter (herunder tilføje nye), få adgang til skatterapporter, kunderapporter og abonnementsstatistikker.

<span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Junior revisor:</span> Junior revisorer har moderat adgang til dashboardet og salgssektionen. Kan oprette betalingsanmodninger, se og administrere deres egen brugerprofil. Har også kun læseadgang til skatteafsnittet i SBPay.

<span style="background-color:#d4f8e5; padding:5px; border-radius:5px;">Viewer:</span> Viewere har begrænset adgang, så de kan se salgssektioner (betalinger, fakturaer, tilbagevendende profiler, kundebetalingsmetoder), skatteindstillinger, skatterapporter, kunderapporter og abonnementsstatistikker. De kan kun se oplysninger fra disse sektioner uden mulighed for at foretage ændringer.
