Met de aangepaste functie voor intakeformulieren kunt u tijdens het boekingsproces meer informatie van uw klanten vragen. U kunt verschillende vragen stellen die in verschillende soorten velden kunnen worden beantwoord, zoals tekstregels, vervolgkeuzelijsten, tekstvakken enz.
 

;Hoe te gebruiken
:1. Schakel de aangepaste functie Intake Forms in onder Aangepaste functies//Meer toevoegen aan de boekingspagina.

:2. Ga naar het beheer of naar Beheer//Intakeformulieren.

:3. Druk op de knop "+" in de instellingen van Aangepaste functie om een nieuw formulier aan te maken.

:4. Schrijf in het veld "Vraag titel" de vraag die u uw klanten wilt stellen. Bijvoorbeeld: Leeftijd, voorkeuren, Heeft u gezondheidsproblemen?, enz.
:5. Kies het veldtype:
:'''digits only''' - alleen cijfers kunnen worden ingevoerd. Handig als u de leeftijd, lengte of andere informatie wilt weten waarvoor alleen cijfers nodig zijn.

:8. Als u de informatie uit het intakeformulier wilt opnemen in e-mailsjablonen, zoekt u de variabelen van het intakeformulier en voegt u deze toe aan de sjablonen in Instellingen//E-mail- en sms-instellingen.
