Message definition (Booking reports)
=Issued coupons=
Can be accessed if you are using [[Special:MyLanguage/Coupons_and_Gift_Cards_custom_feature | Coupons & Gift cards]] custom feature.<br>
In this report you can:
*see which coupons were issued;
*see coupons statuses(Valid or not valid, used, outdated);
*filter the coupons by:
<ol style="list-style-type: circle;">
<li>client name;</li>
<li>user who has issued the coupon;</li>
<li>discount type;</li>
<li>coupon visible on the booking site or not ;</li>
<li>service the coupon is related to.</li></ol>
*see gift cards issued;
*filter the results by:
<ol style="list-style-type: circle;">
<li>client name who used the card;</li>
<li>client name who purchased the card;</li>
<li>gift card discount type;</li>
<li>user who issued the card;</li>
<li>service the gift card is related to;</li>
<li>price range;</li>
<li>gift card duration;</li>
<li>gift card visible on the booking site or not;</li>
<li>gift card status(valid, outdated, used).</li></ol>

Deze zijn toegankelijk als u de aangepaste functie Coupons & cadeaubonnen gebruikt.
In dit rapport kunt u:

  • zien welke coupons zijn uitgegeven;
  • de status van coupons bekijken (geldig of ongeldig, gebruikt, verlopen);
  • coupons filteren op:
  1. klantnaam;
  2. gebruiker die de coupon heeft uitgegeven;
  3. kortingstype;
  4. of de coupon zichtbaar is op de boekingssite;
  5. de dienst waarop de coupon betrekking heeft.
  • zie uitgegeven cadeaubonnen;
  • filter de resultaten op:
  1. naam van de klant die de kaart heeft gebruikt;
  2. naam van de klant die de kaart heeft gekocht;
  3. type korting op de cadeaubon;
  4. gebruiker die de kaart heeft uitgegeven;
  5. dienst waarop de cadeaubon betrekking heeft;
  6. prijsklasse;
  7. geldigheidsduur van de cadeaubon;
  8. cadeaubon zichtbaar op de boekingssite of niet;
  9. status van de cadeaubon (geldig, verlopen, gebruikt).
