2. Pour l' client Pour annuler leurs réservations, les clients peuvent cliquer sur le lien « Annuler » dans leurs e-mails de confirmation.



Ou utiliser le bouton « Annuler » sur le site web de réservation, dans l'onglet « Mes réservations ».
