Tarification des SMS

Les forfaits SMS sont exprimés en crédits. 1 crédit ne correspond pas nécessairement à 1 SMS, car les prix des SMS varient d'un pays à l'autre et dépendent du taux de change du dollar américain ; c'est pourquoi nous utilisons un système de crédits. En général, 1 SMS peut varier de 0,5 crédit à 1,5 crédit selon le pays. Vous pouvez consulter les prix des forfaits SMS dans votre interface d'administration, dans la section Plans & Prix.

Please navigate to Plans & Prices -> Additional items in your account to see the exact prices that apply to your system if you wish to buy the credits separately.

In case you wish to have SMS credits renewed automatically with your subscription please select Plans & Prices -> Subscriptions, click on "Buy" (or "renew", "upgrade", etc. depending on the plan you choose and the current one) and on the next step add an SMS package. The price will be added to your plan price and they will be automatically renewed together.

If you wish to see how many credits are used per one message in your system, please navigate to Reports -> SMS(text messages).

Please note! For correct SMS notifications operation, phone numbers should be entered in the system in international format.
