SMS Pricing

SMS packages are written in credits. 1 credit is not necessarily 1 sms, because prices for sms differ from country to country and depend on the usd rate exchange; and that is why we use credit system. Usually, 1 sms can vary from 0.5 credits to 1.5 credit depending on the country. You can check the prices for sms packages in your admin interface, in Plans & Prices section.

Please navigate to Plans & Prices -> Additional items in your account to see the exact prices that apply to your system if you wish to buy the credits separately.

In case you wish to have SMS credits renewed automatically with your subscription please select Plans & Prices -> Subscriptions, click on "Buy" (or "renew", "upgrade", etc. depending on the plan you choose and the current one) and on the next step add an SMS package. The price will be added to your plan price and they will be automatically renewed together.

If you wish to see how many credits are used per one message in your system, please navigate to Reports -> SMS(text messages).

Please note! For correct SMS notifications operation, phone numbers should be entered in the system in international format.
