Online Video Meetings via Zoom

From SimplyBook.me

To connect to Zoom, you need a Zoom account. Any contributor with Scheduling Administrator permissions can connect Simplybook.me to Zoom. SimplyBook.me can only connect to a single Zoom account.
During authorization you can check the box(‘Allow this app to use my shared access permissions’) and you can connect SimplyBook.me providers to specific Zoom users within that Zoom account.

To connect a Zoom account

1. In SimplyBook.me, click Custom features.
2. Find Online Video Meetings and click Enable.
3. Click Meeting Services.
4. Click Authorization to Zoom.
5. Enter your credentials to log into Zoom, or click SSO, Google, or Facebook to log in through those services.
6. Click Allow.
7. After Zoom is authorized, click on Meeting Providers and Meeting Services.
8. From the dropdowns underneath the providers select Zoom. And in the next Dropdown select Zoom user that will be connected to this provider.
9. Click Save.
10. Go to Manage -> Services, go to service that you want to set us online video meeting service, go to More Options at the bottom and make sure Enable as online meeting service is enabled there.
11. Now you are all set, Clients will see the meeting link in their Booking details and calendar invitations.
12. Your providers can find the meeting link on the admin calendar when they open the appointment.
13. You can also add meeting links to booking related notifications. Go to Settings -> Email & SMS settings, click on template to edit and add [online_meeting_link] variable to client notifications and [online_meeting_provider_link] to provider notification templates.

Even after Zoom is connected, new services have video conferencing disabled by default. To add video conferencing to a new service, in Manage -> Services while creating it, go to More options and enable Enable as online meeting service.

Clients attending a group class will receive unique Zoom links, but these links will all lead to the same Zoom meeting.
