Aangepaste functies zijn extra functionaliteiten van het systeem die u helpen uw bedrijf te verbeteren. Bekijk hieronder de lijst met aangepaste functies en hun beschrijvingen en lees de instructies voor het gebruik ervan.

Inhoud
Aanbetalingen accepteren
Gebruik aanbetalingen om de kans te vergroten dat klanten voor de dienst komen en zorg ervoor dat u de aanbetaling kunt behouden als ze niet komen opdagen. Houd er rekening mee dat sommige klanten rechtstreeks contact kunnen opnemen met hun bank om de aanbetaling terug te krijgen. In dat geval kunt u weinig doen, maar dergelijke gevallen zullen zelden voorkomen.

Betalingen accepteren
Met de aangepaste functie Betalingen accepteren kunt u online betalingen van uw klanten accepteren. U kunt de prijs voor uw dienst instellen en wanneer uw klanten een boeking maken, worden ze doorgestuurd naar de betaalpagina.
U kunt betalingen accepteren via verschillende betalingsverwerkers. Alle online betalingen worden verwerkt door de betalingsgateway van uw keuze en als u een terugbetaling aan een klant moet uitvoeren, kunt u dit doen als u de SBPay.me-integratie gebruikt of vanuit het beheerdersaccount van uw betalingsverwerker.

Anti-fraude/spambescherming Aangepaste functie
Dit is een functie voor bescherming tegen fraude/spam. Hiermee kunnen beheerders het aantal boekingen beperken dat kan worden gemaakt vanaf hetzelfde e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en IP-adres. De functie biedt verschillende opties, zoals het instellen van het maximale aantal boekingen, het definiëren van de periode waarin deze boekingen kunnen worden gemaakt en de mogelijkheid om verdachte frauduleuze activiteiten te blokkeren of te markeren. Deze functie helpt frauduleuze of spamachtige boekingen te voorkomen en beschermt de integriteit van het systeem, waardoor een soepele en betrouwbare boekingservaring voor legitieme klanten wordt gegarandeerd.

Elke medewerker selecteren
kunt deze aangepaste functie gebruiken om een dienstverlener met de naam "Elke dienstverlener" toe te voegen aan de boekingspagina. Als de klant deze dienstverlener kiest, worden alle beschikbare tijden van dienstverleners weergegeven. U kunt deze aangepaste functie ook gebruiken om de stap voor het selecteren van een medewerker op de boekingspagina te verbergen. Of u kunt automatisch een willekeurige beschikbare dienstverlener toewijzen aan de geselecteerde dienst om het boekingsproces te vereenvoudigen.

Afspraak op vast tijdstip
Deze aangepaste functie biedt u extra flexibiliteit bij het instellen van de starttijden van uw afspraken voor alle diensten tegelijk of per dienst. Met deze aangepaste functie kunt u het exacte uur en/of de minuten binnen een uur instellen waarop uw diensten beschikbaar zijn (bijv. 10.00, 14.30, 16.25). U kunt hiermee het startuur instellen en vervolgens een vast of meerdere intervallen in minuten kiezen waarin uw diensten beschikbaar zijn (bijv. veelvouden van 15 min: 10.00, 10.15, 10.30, 10.45).

Boekingen goedkeuren
De aangepaste functie voor het goedkeuren van boekingen is essentieel als u de gegevens van klanten moet bekijken voordat u hun boeking kunt goedkeuren. Hiermee kunt u de door klanten verstrekte informatie controleren voordat u hun boekingen accepteert. Wanneer uw klanten een afspraak boeken, krijgen ze aan het einde een bericht te zien dat er een bevestigingsmail wordt verzonden zodra hun boeking is goedgekeurd.

Boek snel meldingssysteem
Zorg ervoor dat uw klanten terugkomen! Met deze aangepaste functie kunt u uw klanten eraan herinneren terug te komen door hen x aantal dagen na hun afspraak een bericht te sturen. U kunt bijvoorbeeld uw eigen bericht opstellen en altijd 30 dagen na een afspraak een herinnering sturen.

De aangepaste functie Agenda synchroniseren wordt gebruikt voor tweerichtingssynchronisatie met Google- en Outlook-agenda's. U kunt boekingen vanuit SimplyBook exporteren naar Google- of Outlook-agenda's en ook tijden blokkeren die bezet zijn door Google/Outlook-agenda-afspraken in uw SimplyBook-dashboard.

Campagne
De aangepaste functie 'Campagne' is een geavanceerde tool die is ontworpen voor het implementeren van massamarketingstrategieën en klantbetrokkenheid via diverse communicatiekanalen. Hiermee kunnen bedrijven advertentiecampagnes maken en optimaliseren, en berichten op een klantvriendelijke manier overbrengen. Tijdens het opzetten van een campagne kunnen gebruikers kiezen uit verschillende berichttypes, zoals sms, e-mails en pushmeldingen. U kunt klanten handmatig selecteren, alle klanten in één keer selecteren of campagneberichten naar klanten met specifieke tags sturen met behulp van de tags-functie. Annuleringsbeleid
Met behulp van de aangepaste functie Annuleringsbeleid kunt u de tijd beperken waarin klanten afspraken kunnen annuleren. Stel eenvoudig het aantal uren voor de afspraak in waarin annuleren mogelijk is, of verbied annuleringen volledig. Als een klant een afspraak buiten de limiet probeert te annuleren, krijgt hij/zij een waarschuwing dat de boeking niet kan worden geannuleerd.

Lessen
SimplyBook.me biedt nu een nieuwe optie voor het plannen van lessen en evenementen, ongeacht het soort bedrijf dat u heeft. Met deze gloednieuwe functie kunt u al uw lessen/evenementen in een aparte sectie plaatsen, zodat u ze nooit meer verwart met eenvoudige diensten. U kunt ook alleen de interface voor lessen/evenementen gebruiken. Bovendien kunt u met deze aangepaste functie bijna alle instellingen die nodig zijn voor het plannen van lessen/evenementen op één pagina weergeven, waardoor het instellen snel en eenvoudig gaat.

Clean History
Use this Custom Feature to clean all old bookings from the system. You can set when the bookings should be deleted and then the Custom Feature will take care of never having older bookings on record than according to your definition. Please use with care as we can not get deleted bookings back for you! It works and deletes selected bookings till you turn this feature off.

Client Fields
Get information from clients upon sign up that relates to the client. An example of such information could be, "Name of spouse", or "Date of Birth" since this is fixed information and would generally not change between bookings.

Client Login
Use this Custom Feature to allow clients to register online, quickly make bookings and see their booking history. You can block and unblock clients from making bookings on your booking page and also turn off or on the ability for clients to register an account. If you close for client registrations, only clients you have registered and granted access can make bookings.

Client Mobile App
Let your clients download your own personalised client app. With the app on their mobile they can easily book, reschedule, purchase packages,memberships and gift cards as well as access your business directly from their phones.
The Client app is available for all paying SimplyBook.me users who use Client Login, and if you have a premium subscription you can personalise it with your own logo and brand color. Ask your clients to go to your booking website on a mobile device, and from there they will be invited to download the app on their mobile.

Custom Domain
This option allows to set your own sitelink (URL) for your booking page with connection done through secure layer. If you own your own domain name, you can now simply use the booking site with this name or a sub domain of this name (/v2/ part of the booking site URL cannot be changed).

Custom Email
Would you like to send your clients and staff attractive email notifications with own customizable branding, links, buttons, and many other options? Enabling this custom feature gives you access to the HTML editor where you can easily drag and drop various content blocks, add images, text, contact details, etc. Please just mind that the booking or purchase related content, as well as adding of the corresponding variables is to be edited either in Settings -> Email and SMS settings if you are using common appointent notification templates, or in the specific custom feature settings in case you have customized notifications.

This custom feature allows you to add your own custom static pages to your booking website, re-order all booking site pages in the main menu, hide menu items, and add custom links to the main menu.

Daily Report
Every day this Custom Feature will send you an updated status of all bookings for the day. You will also receive a list with your active bookings for the upcoming week.
In the settings of this Custom Feature you can decide whether you want to include today's new bookings, today's canceled bookings, decide the period for upcoming bookings like 1 day, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 days and set notification time.

Display Remaining Spaces
Show how many spaces are left when you accept multiple clients per slot, such as for classes and events. You can also choose to show the total number of spaces as well as the number of spaces left.

You can validate bookings through the use of an external script. The script can check variables from the booking, and only if conditions fulfilled, the booking is processed. Additionally the validation script can bring back information that can be injected into intake form variables.

It does not replace user's own security procedures but enhances SimplyBook.me data security by using double authentication during login process for all users who access the system (users need to register their mobile phone number to receive authentication code SMS(you need SMS credits for this) or connect Google Authenticator using corresponding custom feature). This custom feature includes a “Timeout” setting which automatically logs user out to reduce the risk of unauthorized users accessing the system.

Limit Bookings
This Custom Feature allows you to restrict booking quantity which can be booked at the same time. This Custom Feature is useful when your services require additional things like dental chair or room in the studio etc. (Another way to restrict the number of bookings due to the limted resources is to use Related Resources feature instead). When the booking limit is reached the corresponding time interval will looks like breaktime at the booking page (and in the admin interface if you haven't set to skip this restrictions for admin). Medical Test
The medical test feature allows you to easily check in persons for testing, and send them access to results after their test results are ready. When the results are ready, the ticket can be scanned for quick processing of results that will be sent to a person via email and/or SMS. The results can be added in a message, or person can be asked to log in to their account on booking website to get the results and a downloadable PDF form with company branding.

Packages

Allow your clients to sign up for a spot on your waiting list. This custom feature gives your customers the possibility to register for a waiting list on fully booked days. If someone cancels an appointment, applicants registered on this day will receive an email invitation to book the recently opened slot. Define in the settings how often each notification is sent and when you don’t want to fill the spot, i.e. if there is a short time until the session starts.

Connect SimplyBook.me with hundreds of other solutions using this feature. It contains a variety of triggers that can be used to send information to other solutions by simply using one of the available zaps or by creating a new zap. Zapier allows to integrate 2 or more web-applications via their APIs through “triggers” and “actions”.
SimplyBook.me is available in Zapier as Trigger app, it means only information from SimplyBook.me is sent to Zapier (1-way integration) and via Zapier to any app that has actions.
