Innehåll
Acceptera depositioner
Använd depositioner för att öka sannolikheten att kunder kommer för att utnyttja tjänsten och se till att du kan behålla depositionen om de inte dyker upp. Observera att vissa kunder kan kontakta sin bank direkt för att få tillbaka depositionen, och i sådana fall finns det inte mycket du kan göra, men sådana fall bör vara sällsynta.

Acceptera betalningar
Med funktionen Acceptera betalningar kan du ta emot betalningar från dina kunder online. Du kan ange priset för din tjänst och när dina kunder gör en bokning omdirigeras de till betalningssidan.
Du kan ta emot betalningar via en rad olika betalningsleverantörer. Alla onlinebetalningar hanteras av den betalningsgateway du väljer och om du behöver göra en återbetalning till en kund kan du göra det om du använder SBPay.me-integrationen eller från administratörskontot för din betalningsleverantör.

Skräddarsydd funktion för skydd mot bedrägeri/spam
Detta är en funktion för skydd mot bedrägeri och skräppost. Den gör det möjligt för administratörer att begränsa antalet bokningar som kan göras från samma e-postadress, telefonnummer och IP-adress. Funktionen erbjuder olika alternativ, såsom att ställa in maximalt antal bokningar, ange tidsperioden under vilken dessa bokningar kan göras och möjligheten att blockera eller flagga misstänkta bedrägliga aktiviteter. Denna funktion hjälper till att förhindra bedrägliga eller skräppostbokningar och skyddar systemets integritet, vilket garanterar en smidig och pålitlig bokningsupplevelse för legitima kunder.

Val av valfri anställd
kan använda den här anpassade funktionen för att lägga till en tjänsteleverantör som heter "Alla leverantörer" på bokningssidan, och om kunden väljer denna leverantör visas alla tillgängliga leverantörers tider. Du kan också använda den här anpassade funktionen för att dölja steget för anställda på bokningssidan eller automatiskt tilldela en tillgänglig leverantör för den valda tjänsten slumpmässigt för att förenkla bokningsprocessen.

Tidsbokning
Denna anpassade funktion ger dig avancerad flexibilitet när det gäller starttider för alla tjänster samtidigt eller för varje enskild tjänst. Den anpassade funktionen kan användas för att ange exakt timme och/eller minuter i en timme då dina tjänster är tillgängliga (t.ex. 10.00, 14.30, 16.25). Den kan användas för att ställa in starttiden och sedan välja fast eller flera intervall i minuter när dina tjänster är tillgängliga (t.ex. flera intervall på 15 minuter: 10.00, 10.15, 10.30, 10.45).

Godkänn bokningar
Den anpassade funktionen Godkänn bokningar är nödvändig om du behöver se kundernas uppgifter innan du kan godkänna deras bokning. Den låter dig kontrollera informationen som kunderna har angett innan du accepterar deras bokningar. När dina kunder bokar en tid visas ett meddelande i slutet om att ett bekräftelsemejl kommer att skickas när deras bokning har godkänts.

Boka snart-meddelandesystem
Se till att dina kunder kommer tillbaka! Denna anpassade funktion påminner dina kunder om att komma tillbaka genom att skicka ett meddelande x antal dagar efter deras bokning. Du kan till exempel skriva ett eget meddelande och skicka en påminnelse 30 dagar efter en bokning.

Du kan exportera bokningar från SimplyBook till Google- eller Outlook-kalendrar och även blockera tider som är upptagna av Google/Outlook-kalenderhändelser i din SimplyBook-instrumentpanel.

Kampanj
Den anpassade funktionen "Kampanj" är ett avancerat verktyg som är utformat för att implementera massmarknadsföringsstrategier och kundengagemang i olika kommunikationskanaler. Den gör det möjligt för företag att skapa och optimera reklamkampanjer och leverera meddelanden på ett kundvänligt sätt. När kampanjen skapas kan användarna välja mellan olika meddelandetyper, såsom SMS, e-post och push-meddelanden. Du kan välja kunder manuellt, välja alla kunder på en gång eller skicka kampanjmeddelanden till kunder under specifika taggar med hjälp av taggfunktionen. Denna flexibilitet gör att du kan anpassa kommunikationsstrategierna efter målgruppens specifika behov och preferenser.

Avbokningspolicy
Du kan begränsa tiden då kunder kan avboka bokningar med hjälp av den anpassade funktionen Avbokningspolicy. Ställ helt enkelt in antalet timmar före bokningen då avbokning är möjlig eller förbjud avbokningar helt. Om en kund försöker avboka en bokning efter tidsgränsen visas ett varningsmeddelande om att bokningen inte kan avbokas.

Nu erbjuder SimplyBook.me en ny funktion för schemaläggning av klasser och evenemang, oavsett vilken typ av verksamhet du bedriver. Den helt nya funktionen gör att du kan ha alla dina klasser/evenemang i separata avsnitt så att du aldrig blandar ihop dem med enkla tjänster. Du kan också använda gränssnittet för klasser/evenemang. Dessutom gör denna anpassningsbara funktion att du kan ha nästan alla inställningar som behövs för schemaläggning av klasser/evenemang på en sida, vilket gör installationsprocessen enkel och snabb.

Rensa historik
Använd denna anpassade funktion för att rensa alla gamla bokningar från systemet. Du kan ställa in när bokningarna ska raderas, och sedan ser den anpassade funktionen till att inga äldre bokningar än de du angett finns kvar i registret. Använd med försiktighet, eftersom vi inte kan återställa raderade bokningar! Funktionen raderar valda bokningar tills du stänger av den.

Med det här alternativet kan du ställa in din egen webbadress (URL) för din bokningssida med anslutning via ett säkert lager. Om du har ett eget domännamn kan du nu enkelt använda bokningssidan med detta namn eller en underdomän till detta namn (/v2/ i bokningssidans URL kan inte ändras).

Anpassad e-post
Vill du skicka attraktiva e-postmeddelanden till dina kunder och anställda med egen anpassningsbar branding, länkar, knappar och många andra alternativ? Om du aktiverar den här anpassningsbara funktionen får du tillgång till HTML-redigeraren där du enkelt kan dra och släppa olika innehållsblock, lägga till bilder, text, kontaktuppgifter etc. Tänk bara på att innehåll som rör bokningar eller köp, samt tillägg av motsvarande variabler, måste redigeras antingen i Inställningar -> E-post- och SMS-inställningar om du använder vanliga mallar för bokningsmeddelanden, eller i de specifika inställningarna för anpassningsbara funktioner om du har anpassade meddelanden.

Denna anpassningsbara funktion gör att du kan lägga till egna statiska sidor på din bokningswebbplats, ändra ordningen på alla sidor i huvudmenyn, dölja menyalternativ och lägga till anpassade länkar i huvudmenyn.

Daglig rapport
Varje dag skickar denna anpassade funktion dig en uppdaterad status för alla bokningar för dagen. Du får också en lista med dina aktiva bokningar för kommande vecka.
I inställningarna för denna anpassade funktion kan du välja om du vill inkludera dagens nya bokningar, dagens avbokade bokningar, välja period för kommande bokningar, t.ex. 1 dag, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 dagar, och ställa in tidpunkt för aviseringar.

Visa hur många platser som finns kvar när du accepterar flera kunder per tidslucka, till exempel för kurser och evenemang. Du kan också välja att visa det totala antalet platser samt antalet återstående platser.

Du kan validera bokningar med hjälp av ett externt skript. Skriptet kan kontrollera variabler från bokningen, och endast om villkoren är uppfyllda behandlas bokningen. Dessutom kan valideringsskriptet hämta information som kan infogas i variablerna i intagsformuläret.

HIPAA
The personal information custom feature is designed to help SimplyBook.me users to protect their client's and patient's data. It does not replace user's own security procedures but enhances SimplyBook.me data security by using double authentication during login process for all users who access the system (users need to register their mobile phone number to receive authentication code SMS(you need SMS credits for this) or connect Google Authenticator using corresponding custom feature). This custom feature includes a “Timeout” setting which automatically logs user out to reduce the risk of unauthorized users accessing the system.

Limit Bookings
This Custom Feature allows you to restrict booking quantity which can be booked at the same time. This Custom Feature is useful when your services require additional things like dental chair or room in the studio etc. (Another way to restrict the number of bookings due to the limted resources is to use Related Resources feature instead). When the booking limit is reached the corresponding time interval will looks like breaktime at the booking page (and in the admin interface if you haven't set to skip this restrictions for admin). It is possible to limit booking number at the same time generally, and also you can set certain limit for each service separately.

Packages

Ticket's QR Code
Create customized QR codes for your tickets consisting of one or more additional fields variables, with or without a delimiter. This QR code can be added to your tickets to facilitate further information reading into external systems after ticket validation.

Tickets
Issue tickets for services, classes and events. The tickets can be printed or shown from mobile screen by clients and then be scanned using the SimplyBook.me admin app, or manually inserted in the Validate tickets section of SimplyBook.me. If you have HTML/CSS knowledge and Premium plan, you can customize the look of your tickets.

Visitor Counter
Use Visitor Counter Custom Feature to get up-to-date information about visits to your booking website or to the page with your booking widget. This Custom Feature will help you to evaluate the visits and bookings and can help you to decide if you should do promotions to get more visitors and potential clients. You will see all this information in the main Dashboard of the SImplyBook.me system. Shows data for the previous calendar week.

Waiting List
Allow your clients to sign up for a spot on your waiting list. This custom feature gives your customers the possibility to register for a waiting list on fully booked days. If someone cancels an appointment, applicants registered on this day will receive an email invitation to book the recently opened slot. Define in the settings how often each notification is sent and when you don’t want to fill the spot, i.e. if there is a short time until the session starts.

Zapier Connector
Connect SimplyBook.me with hundreds of other solutions using this feature. It contains a variety of triggers that can be used to send information to other solutions by simply using one of the available zaps or by creating a new zap. Zapier allows to integrate 2 or more web-applications via their APIs through “triggers” and “actions”.
SimplyBook.me is available in Zapier as Trigger app, it means only information from SimplyBook.me is sent to Zapier (1-way integration) and via Zapier to any app that has actions.
