Indhold
Accepter depositum

Brug indskud til at øge sandsynligheden for, at kunderne kommer for at benytte tjenesten, og sørg for, at du kan beholde indskuddet, hvis de ikke møder op. Bemærk, at nogle kunder muligvis kontakter deres bank direkte for at få refunderet indskuddet, og i sådanne tilfælde er der ikke meget, du kan gøre, men sådanne tilfælde bør være sjældne.

Accepter betalinger

Funktionen "Accepter betalinger" giver dig mulighed for at acceptere betalinger fra dine kunder online. Du kan fastsætte prisen for din service, og når dine kunder foretager en booking, bliver de omdirigeret til betalingssiden.
Du kan acceptere betalinger via en række forskellige betalingsudbydere. Alle onlinebetalinger behandles af den betalingsgateway, du vælger, og hvis det er nødvendigt at tilbagebetale en kunde, kan dette gøres, hvis du bruger SBPay.me-integration eller fra administratorkontoen for din betalingsudbyder.

Dette er en funktion til beskyttelse mod svindel/spam. Den giver administratorer mulighed for at begrænse antallet af bookinger, der kan foretages fra samme e-mailadresse, telefonnummer og IP-adresse. Funktionen tilbyder forskellige muligheder, såsom at indstille det maksimale antal bookinger, definere det tidsrum, hvor disse bookinger kan foretages, og muligheden for at blokere eller markere mistænkelige aktiviteter. Aftale til fast tid

Denne tilpassede funktion giver dig avanceret fleksibilitet i forhold til starttidspunkter for alle dine tjenester på én gang eller for hver enkelt tjeneste. Den tilpassede funktion kan bruges til at angive det nøjagtige klokkeslæt og/eller minutter i en time, hvor dine tjenester er tilgængelige (f.eks. 10.00, 14.30, 16.25). Den kan bruges til at indstille starttiden og derefter vælge et fast eller flere intervaller i minutter, hvor dine tjenester er tilgængelige (f.eks. flere intervaller på 15 minutter: 10.00, 10.15, 10.30, 10.45).

Godkend bookinger

Den tilpassede funktion Godkend bookinger er vigtig, hvis du har brug for at se kundernes oplysninger, før du kan godkende deres booking. Den giver dig mulighed for at kontrollere de oplysninger, som kunderne har angivet, før du accepterer deres bookinger. Når dine kunder booker en aftale, vil de til sidst se en meddelelse om, at der vil blive sendt en bekræftelses-e-mail, når deres booking er godkendt.

Afbestillingspolitik

Du kan begrænse det tidsrum, hvor kunder kan afbestille aftaler, ved hjælp af den tilpassede funktion Afbestillingspolitik. Du skal blot angive det antal timer før aftalen, hvor afbestilling er mulig, eller helt forbyde afbestillinger. Hvis en kunde forsøger at afbestille en aftale efter fristen, vil vedkommende se en advarsel om, at bookingen ikke kan afbestilles.

Den helt nye funktion giver dig mulighed for at have alle dine klasser/begivenheder i separate sektioner, så du aldrig blander dem sammen med simple tjenester. Du kan også kun bruge grænsefladen til klasser/begivenheder. Desuden giver denne tilpassede funktion mulighed for at have næsten alle de nødvendige indstillinger til planlægning af klasser/begivenheder på én side, hvilket gør opsætningsprocessen nem og hurtig.

Ryd historik

Brug denne tilpassede funktion til at rydde alle gamle bookinger fra systemet. Du kan indstille, hvornår bookingerne skal slettes, og derefter sørger den tilpassede funktion for, at der aldrig er ældre bookinger i systemet end det, du har angivet. Brug funktionen med forsigtighed, da vi ikke kan gendanne slettede bookinger! Funktionen virker og sletter de valgte bookinger, indtil du slår funktionen fra.

Klientfelter

Limit Bookings

This Custom Feature allows you to restrict booking quantity which can be booked at the same time. This Custom Feature is useful when your services require additional things like dental chair or room in the studio etc. (Another way to restrict the number of bookings due to the limted resources is to use Related Resources feature instead). When the booking limit is reached the corresponding time interval will looks like breaktime at the booking page (and in the admin interface if you haven't set to skip this restrictions for admin). If someone cancels an appointment, applicants registered on this day will receive an email invitation to book the recently opened slot. Define in the settings how often each notification is sent and when you don’t want to fill the spot, i.e. if there is a short time until the session starts.
