Indhold
Accepter depositum
Brug indskud til at øge sandsynligheden for, at kunderne kommer for at benytte tjenesten, og sørg for, at du kan beholde indskuddet, hvis de ikke møder op. Bemærk, at nogle kunder muligvis kontakter deres bank direkte for at få refunderet indskuddet, og i sådanne tilfælde er der ikke meget, du kan gøre, men sådanne tilfælde bør være sjældne.

Accepter betalinger
Funktionen "Accepter betalinger" giver dig mulighed for at acceptere betalinger fra dine kunder online. Du kan fastsætte prisen for din service, og når dine kunder foretager en booking, bliver de omdirigeret til betalingssiden.
Du kan acceptere betalinger via en række forskellige betalingsudbydere. Alle onlinebetalinger behandles af den betalingsgateway, du vælger, og hvis det er nødvendigt at tilbagebetale en kunde, kan dette gøres, hvis du bruger SBPay.me-integration eller fra administratorkontoen for din betalingsudbyder.

Anti-svindel/spam-beskyttelse Tilpasset funktion
Dette er en funktion til beskyttelse mod svindel/spam. Den giver administratorer mulighed for at begrænse antallet af bookinger, der kan foretages fra samme e-mailadresse, telefonnummer og IP-adresse. Funktionen tilbyder forskellige muligheder, såsom at indstille det maksimale antal bookinger, definere det tidsrum, hvor disse bookinger kan foretages, og muligheden for at blokere eller markere mistænkelige aktiviteter. Denne funktion hjælper med at forhindre svigagtige eller spamagtige bookinger og beskytter systemets integritet, hvilket sikrer en problemfri og pålidelig bookingoplevelse for legitime kunder.

Aftale til fast tid
Denne tilpassede funktion giver dig avanceret fleksibilitet i forhold til starttidspunkter for alle dine tjenester på én gang eller for hver enkelt tjeneste. Den tilpassede funktion kan bruges til at angive det nøjagtige klokkeslæt og/eller minutter i en time, hvor dine tjenester er tilgængelige (f.eks. 10.00, 14.30, 16.25). Den kan bruges til at indstille starttiden og derefter vælge et fast eller flere intervaller i minutter, hvor dine tjenester er tilgængelige (f.eks. flere intervaller på 15 minutter: 10.00, 10.15, 10.30, 10.45).

Godkend bookinger
Den tilpassede funktion Godkend bookinger er vigtig, hvis du har brug for at se kundernes oplysninger, før du kan godkende deres booking. Den giver dig mulighed for at kontrollere de oplysninger, som kunderne har angivet, før du accepterer deres bookinger. Når dine kunder booker en aftale, vil de til sidst se en meddelelse om, at der vil blive sendt en bekræftelses-e-mail, når deres booking er godkendt.

Du kan manuelt vælge kunder, vælge alle kunder på én gang eller sende kampagnemeddelelser til kunder under bestemte tags ved hjælp af funktionen Tags. Denne fleksibilitet giver dig mulighed for at tilpasse kommunikationsstrategier til de specifikke behov og præferencer hos din målgruppe.

Afbestillingspolitik
Du kan begrænse det tidsrum, hvor kunder kan afbestille aftaler, ved hjælp af den tilpassede funktion Afbestillingspolitik. Du skal blot angive det antal timer før aftalen, hvor afbestilling er mulig, eller helt forbyde afbestillinger. Hvis en kunde forsøger at afbestille en aftale efter fristen, vil vedkommende se en advarsel om, at bookingen ikke kan afbestilles.

Nu giver SimplyBook.me en ny mulighed for planlægning af klasser og begivenheder, uanset hvilken type virksomhed du har. Den helt nye funktion giver dig mulighed for at have alle dine klasser/begivenheder i separate sektioner, så du aldrig blander dem sammen med simple tjenester. Du kan også kun bruge grænsefladen til klasser/begivenheder. Desuden giver denne tilpassede funktion mulighed for at have næsten alle de nødvendige indstillinger til planlægning af klasser/begivenheder på én side, hvilket gør opsætningsprocessen nem og hurtig.

Ryd historik
Brug denne tilpassede funktion til at rydde alle gamle bookinger fra systemet. Du kan indstille, hvornår bookingerne skal slettes, og derefter sørger den tilpassede funktion for, at der aldrig er ældre bookinger i systemet end det, du har angivet. Brug funktionen med forsigtighed, da vi ikke kan gendanne slettede bookinger! Funktionen virker og sletter de valgte bookinger, indtil du slår funktionen fra.

Klientfelter
Indhent oplysninger fra klienter ved tilmelding, der vedrører klienten. Et eksempel på sådanne oplysninger kunne være "Navn på ægtefælle" eller "Fødselsdato", da dette er faste oplysninger, der normalt ikke ændres mellem bookinger.

Brug denne tilpassede funktion til at give kunder mulighed for at registrere sig online, hurtigt foretage bookinger og se deres bookinghistorik. Du kan blokere og ophæve blokeringen af kunder, så de ikke kan foretage bookinger på din bookingside, og du kan også slå funktionen til eller fra, så kunder kan registrere en konto. Hvis du lukker for kunderegistreringer, er det kun kunder, du har registreret og givet adgang, der kan foretage bookinger.

Lad dine kunder downloade din egen personlige kundeapp. Med appen på deres mobil kan de nemt booke, ombooke, købe pakker,medlemskaber og gavekort samt få direkte adgang til din virksomhed fra deres telefoner.
Kundeappen er tilgængelig for alle betalende SimplyBook.me-brugere, der bruger klientlogin, og hvis du har et premiumabonnement, kan du personliggøre den med dit eget logo og din egen brandfarve. Bed dine kunder om at gå til din bookingwebsite på en mobil enhed, hvorfra de vil blive opfordret til at downloade appen på deres mobil.

Group Bookings

HIPAA
The personal information custom feature is designed to help SimplyBook.me users to protect their client's and patient's data. It does not replace user's own security procedures but enhances SimplyBook.me data security by using double authentication during login process for all users who access the system (users need to register their mobile phone number to receive authentication code SMS(you need SMS credits for this) or connect Google Authenticator using corresponding custom feature). This custom feature includes a “Timeout” setting which automatically logs user out to reduce the risk of unauthorized users accessing the system.

Limit Bookings
This Custom Feature allows you to restrict booking quantity which can be booked at the same time. This Custom Feature is useful when your services require additional things like dental chair or room in the studio etc. (Another way to restrict the number of bookings due to the limted resources is to use Related Resources feature instead). When the booking limit is reached the corresponding time interval will looks like breaktime at the booking page (and in the admin interface if you haven't set to skip this restrictions for admin). It is possible to limit booking number at the same time generally, and also you can set certain limit for each service separately.

Loyalty System
Let clients earn points for services/classes booking and allow them to redeem for gift cards. You can set different amount of points per each service/class and 3-4 hours after the meeting takes place the bonuses will be automatically added to the client's balance. Medical Test
The medical test feature allows you to easily check in persons for testing, and send them access to results after their test results are ready. On arrival, their ticket is scanned and they get an arrived status. This ticket can be printed and put on the persons test tube. When the results are ready, the ticket can be scanned for quick processing of results that will be sent to a person via email and/or SMS. The results can be added in a message, or person can be asked to log in to their account on booking website to get the results and a downloadable PDF form with company branding.

Packages
With the Packages custom feature you can create a package of multiple services, or, if you also sell additional items, combine services with products, add-ons, and classes. Each package can be defined with some general items limit and any number of services and products, and you can set the validity to any period available. Once clients have purchased a package, they can book a service at any time paying with their package credits. They can always check how many occurrences are left within each package.

SMS Gateway

Waiting List
Allow your clients to sign up for a spot on your waiting list. This custom feature gives your customers the possibility to register for a waiting list on fully booked days. If someone cancels an appointment, applicants registered on this day will receive an email invitation to book the recently opened slot. Define in the settings how often each notification is sent and when you don’t want to fill the spot, i.e. if there is a short time until the session starts.
